The Final Conference of the Erasmus+ project "Anti-Fragile Youth for Sustainable Rural Tourism: YES for Rural Tourism" (2021-1-TR01-KA220-YOU-000028958) coordinated by Eskişehir Technical University will be held at Anadolu University between 26-29 February 2024 It was hosted by. Within the scope of the final conference, researchers from different universities presented their scientific research in the field of rural tourism.
The final conference was opened by Prof. Dr. Semra Günay. Eskişehir Technical University Faculty of Science Department of Biology faculty member Prof. Dr. Cengiz TÜRE made his speech "Set Up a Game with No Losers". Throughout the project, young entrepreneur candidates received training, consultancy and mentoring on rural tourism entrepreneurship. Within the scope of the project's learning and teaching processes, young people examined good practice examples in Italy, hosted by Comune Ponte di Piave Municipality, the Italian partner of the project, and presented the business ideas they created within the scope of the project. Officials from KOSGEB and İş-Kur, the participating partners of the project, listened and evaluated the business idea.
Keynote speaker, İlhan KOÇULU, made his speech titled "Solidarity Tourism: Supporting Rural Life" with Fatih TATARİ and Kutlay GÜRCİHAN. The speakers explained this long-drawn-out process, which requires great effort and dedication, and led a productive session by answering questions from the participants.
