Learning, Teaching, Training Activities (LTT: Learning, Teaching, Training Activities) of the project titled "Antifragile Young Entrepreneurs for Sustainable Rural Tourism: TR01-KA220-YOU-000028958", carried out under the coordination of Eskişehir Technical University. ) completed successfully
LTT Training of the project, which was carried out in cooperation with Eskişehir Technical University, Anadolu University, and Geography Education Association from Turkey, Comune di Ponte di Piave Municipality from Italy and Indepcie company from Spain, was completed in Treviso-Italy between 20.11.2023-24.11.2024. Ponte di Piave Municipality was the coordinator of the event. The training, attended by six young people from Turkey, three from Italy and two from Spain, was conducted by experts in their fields using non-formal training methods.
On the first day of the training, which started in Treviso, the introduction and introduction of the Project was held in the Seminar Hall and Open Classroom. Young people coming together from different countries shared their entrepreneurship ideas. Young people's communication and sharing was ensured through non-formal events such as Hot Baloon and Ice Breaker: Human Bingo.
 
 
On the second day of the training, a trip was organized to the agricultural tourism (agritourism) region called Cisondi Valmarino in the northeast of Italy, and young people had the chance to see and experience rural tourism activities.
 
 
On the third day, the "Dolomites" region, which is a part of the Alps, was visited for winter tourism, one of the best alternatives to rural tourism. Young entrepreneur candidates were enabled to gain experience in different tourism activities. Then, a trip to Venice allowed young people to see new places.
 
On the fourth day of the training, a rural tourism enterprise related to viticulture and wine production called Casa Baccichetto, located in Ponte di Piave, was visited. Here, business owners made a presentation to young people about the relationship between production and tourism. The effects of the activities held together with the vineyard tour on young people's entrepreneurship ideas were discussed.
 
 
The last day of the training started with a bicycle tour. Participants' opinions about sustainability in rural tourism were taken. Afterward, the Mayor of Ponte di Piave, Mr. Paola Roma, hosted the young people at the city hall and a certificate ceremony was held. During the meeting, comments were received about the project, ideas were exchanged about the gains achieved, and the feedback was evaluated and closed.
 
 
 
In general, throughout the training; Topics such as "Sustainability, Rural Tourism Entrepreneurship, Management, Finance and Accounting, Marketing and Digitalization, Communication and Networking, Anti-Fragility, Creative Product Development" were discussed. In the closing part of the project, the training was evaluated, ideas were shared, and feedback was received from the young people who participated in the training. Young participants who come together in Treviso, Italy, evaluate project proposals for a common purpose, and share ideas are expected to come up with successful entrepreneurship models.
